New player needs help

Hello guys, I got FM21 a while ago and tried to get started a few times. But every time, I was overwhelmed because of the amount of things I had to learn and do. I kinda wish there was a simpler mode and it got more complex with time.

What would your suggestions be? Any league or team suggestions? Any useful mods, maybe one with an improved interface? Which aspects to primarily focus? Important details that a new player might overlook?

I really want to play and enjoy this game and put hundreds of my hours into it but I just don't really know how I should progress.

I appreciate any help, thanks.
