NxGn award is insane. This guy came 2nd only to Jude Bellingham while playing in regional german leagues. He has agreed on an 11kp/a contract for my team (Levski Sofia). He was also out of contract so totally free. STONKS.

I'm currently playing FM21, so i dont know if this has been updated, but one thing that kinda gets on my nerves is how unrealisticly patient clubs like PSG, Chelsea and other big clubs are with their managers. In my current save, PSG persisted with Thomas Tuchel for almost a decade before he decided to leave himself. In those 10 years, he won 0 Champions League trophies, and he hasn't even been in a final. A PSG manager would not survive more than 3 seasons (probably not even 2) without winning the Champions League, so i feel like FM needs to set higher goals than just to keep winning Ligue 1 every year. I've got countless of other examples of the same occurence in my current save.
