I named my manager Klaus Schmack so I could role play my dream of becoming a German hoof-ball specialist. After several seasons of struggle in the Hungarian league, the media have finally seen the light and adopted the term Schmack-ball. My work here is done.

I feel like it would add some extra realism to the game. I'm moving to Bayern at the end of the season after spending all my career in England. Obviously my manager is only fluent in English for now, but wouldn't it be cool if you got the option to learn a new language which could influence how successful your career abroad is.

For instance, if you move to a Spanish club, you get the option to learn the native language. If you do take up that option, then it means you could communicate your tactics clearer to the players and end up with a higher chance of short term success. However if you don't take up the option, then you risk some players not understanding you and taking a while to be successful.

You could also just take up a random language at the end of the season. This could help you develop a stronger relationship with players or staff members etc.

Might be over complicating the game but just a thought.
