    Please use this thread as a place to ask questions that are specific to your save, such as:

    • "Why is my tactic not working?"

    If you are asking for tactical help/advice, please post an image of your formation and what insutructions/roles you have set.

    Personally I like to put one chill session of training in the morning of Xmas eve, then some team bonding last as me and the lads go for a piss up. On Xmas day I take holiday and if there's a Boxing Day fixture we will do a little match prep last so they get to open their presents in the morning and enjoy a Christmas dinner with their families. They will get to go for a couple of days holiday after that if I can be arsed to schedule it for every squad member haha

    I discovered why wonderkids don't develop. Why did he lose Ambition and Professionalism?

    In the name of research, I decided to use the ingame editor to analyze my wonderkid goalkeeper who never fulfilled his potential. I came up with a pretty shocking discovery when I checked the hidden attributes in my old saves.

    At the age of 19 Kilic had an ambition of 9 and professionalism of 10. However, by the age of 24 his ambition had decreased to 1 and professionalism to 3! He started off with 128 CA with a potential to reach 192, probably the highest potential GK in the game. I played him almost every game expecting to have a world class keeper soon. However, by the age of 24 he was just 148 CA. Even when sold to another team he maintained the 148 CA until the age of 29 where I am currently at.

    I am almost certain now that wonderkids who don't fulfill their potential have low ambition and professionalism. I checked my entire team's hidden attributes and I discovered only one player with the same problem of low ambition and professionalism. He was also a failed wonderkid. Every other player had 10-19 in ambition and professionalism.

    So my question now is why did those hidden attributes suddenly drop? I didn't do any mentoring and the other players on the team were good apples and fulfilled or came close to their potential
