- After 27 seasons and 4 near sackings, I have finally won the Ligue 1 (thanks to Guingamp securing their survival against LOSC) with my French Guiana club.
- I love putting in generous transfer clauses when I sign wonderkids from smaller nations, really feels like I'm giving something back

| Team's expectation feel unrealistic Posted: 25 Jun 2021 09:10 PM PDT Ok I'll start explaining what I mean cause the title feels a bit obscure. I'm doing a Leipzig save on FM20 and I'm currently on the pre-season for my 4th with the team. I actually managed to win the league on my 2nd and 3rd season after being 4 points short of Bayern during the first one. I also won the Pokal on those last 2 seasons and managed to beat City on the champions League finals on our last season after losing on penalties to PSG on the second season. Which means this season we got our first trebble. Thing is that no matter how good we do, the players keep thinking we are subpar team or something. I mean you could maybe think our first season winning the league was like a fluke, something like Leicester did back in 2017, and given how dominant Bayern is in real life I wouldn't blame you. But come on, we just beat them twice, this last season we smacked them and ended 13 points ahead, we convincingly beat City 2-0 on the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE finals and I tell them that we can repeat our Bundesliga success and like 95% of my players tell me that they don't think we can achieve that and that I seem too ambitious? Come on, I was like ok whatever, after our first trophy, but seeing how we've been consistent for 2 seasons and just one the biggest club tournament in the world, it feels surreal that that's their response.
