Please use this thread as a place to ask questions that are specific to your save, such as:

"Why is my tactic not working?"
"What role should I play this player in?"
"I have £xxm to spend, who should I buy?"

If you are asking for tactical help/advice, please post an image of your formation and what insutructions/roles you have set.

As a rule of thumb, if you ask a question, answer a question. This is what keeps this thread alive and useful.

I think I'm addicted to this game.

I believe we all love football, that being the reason we all play Football Manager games. That being said, I'm afraid I might be addicted to it.

I'm a student and part-time worker, have a gf and healthy relationships with all of my family and friends, but the idea of an addiction to FM started to creep up on me. Whenever I get the time, I startup my laptop and I play, as long as I can. At night, I usually go to bed at 3am and wake up at 7:30am for school, full well knowing this is not good for me. I'm so into the game that I often forget about conversations I have while playing and I feel my ability to focus has gone down. When I get those stupid results we are all familiarized with or concede stupid 90min goals over and over again I get so upset, but I can't stop playing. Whenever this happens very often in a short period of time, I try to stop playing for good, but it only works for less than a week.

I think you can establish the similarities between and addiction to drugs and what I just described. I just wanted to know if this is "normal" or if you guys have a different way of dealing with the game. I truly am afraid that this might start damaging my life.
