Players asking for new contract when they have 4 years of contract left Posted: 21 Apr 2021 02:14 PM PDT I find this ridiculous. I buy a player, sign a contract for 5 years. He plays ok for 1 year, next year he demands new contract. I mean why? You agreed to play for me for 5 years for THIS SALARY. Why should you get a different contract just because you did your job? Then what is the purpose of signing this document in the first place? Can I even reduce your salary if you perform bad? Not quite. Leting AI take care of my team: Carlo Ancelotti as Leeds manager PART 0 Posted: 21 Apr 2021 02:22 PM PDT [FM20] After an intense season with Leeds and winning treble I asked myself: how much of that success is me being human? How good is my team, without my meta knowledge, my tactics and advices from Reddit? So I decided to check that. I copied save, resigned from my position and was soon replaced by Carlo Ancelotti, who was just fired from Manchester City. My goal now is to see how well will they do. I left the team with incredible morale, lots of money, best coaching staff in the league and great prospects so I would expect them to finish at least in top 6. On the other hand, many key players want an incredibly large salary increase, or are transfer targets of bigger teams, so Ancelotti might have problems keeping the entire winning squad. TEAM OVERWIEV First team consists of 34 players, including 7 youngsters, moved to the first team for training and mentoring. There are 2 at least good (around 3 stars) players for each position, with some 2,5 star backup players. The team is quite young: 23 on average. Leeds has best facilities possible, and every aspect of infrastructure boosted as much, as possible at this stage. No right-back? No problem: Adams and Shackleton can both play there STAFF OWERWIEV With great Carlo Ancelotti and the best coaching team in the Premier League we can expect some great progress, especially from team's most promising youngsters. ​ Is it BVB? No, those yellow bars are the best coaches in PL! FINANCES Good budget, good income and Ellen Road almost upgraded to 35k seats. Assuming the'll sell some unneeded players they could easily gain another 30-40 million € . Key players, such as Osimhen, Shackleton or Philips are all worth above 60M, so selling any of them would easily give resources to find good replacement. Money can't buy you happiness, but it can buy youthat 4 star playmaker... DYNAMICS Players love each other and are truly united as a team. Ironically, the team's biggest heroes: Osimhen, Philips and White - three out of four most influential players players want an incredibly large rise. Fourth key player: Liam Cooper, Leeds captain wants to leave to do something new. Will 2 (more incoming) unhappy players destroy everything?
