    So this player I have in my Second team ( I am Cologne in Bundesliga ) asks to leave since he wants to play first-team football and he is still young and I have already better players in his role.

    So I say fine, I am gonna sell you. So I offer him to clubs all summer. No takers. Fine. I tell him ''Dude, no one offered anything, get on the phone since you asked to leave''. He goes 'Fine. I am on it''. I offer him to clubs from time to time.

    The season starts fine, doing well. Half way point, transfer window is open. PSG poaches 2 of my stars by unsettling them even though I won Bundesliga last year but no they want to go to a 'bigger club'...but fine, I replace them with the money I have. And again, I offer the guy to clubs during the transfer period. Still no takers even for no cost.

    Then the transfer period ends, I get a message that this guy is now UPSET THAT I BROKE THE PROMISE TO SELL HIM...And he has the gall to say ''Although he recognizes attempts have been made'' and he may no longer willing to speak with me?!

    WHY THE HELL AM I TO BLAME WHEN NO ONE WANTS YOUR TERRIBLE ASS, EVEN FOR FREE?

    So I talked and 'criticized' his conduct aka being a bitch about no one wanting him and blaming me for it.

    So yea, should I just terminate his contract? Not even mutual termination but straight up, ''I ain't dealing with your shit''.
