    I started really learning a lot. My reports are pretty much the same but it looks a lot cleaner (left is now on the left, middle is in middle and right is on the right) i took your guys advice for everything i could, at the end of the day i am only one guy so i try to focus on specific stats. I think i help the coaches at the end of the day.

    TAKING THE NEXT STEP (Attracting sponsors) :

    Now, as you know i am currently volunteering for FK Bеžanija as they are in a tough spot. BUT i am looking to help the club in any way i can, we don't have any sponsors so far, and it would be a dream if someone could sponsor us. It would be amazing marketing opportunity for them too, since we are always on TV these days in Serbia. It would also mean i contributed to taking the club from lower leagues to the top. And this is where i am asking for your help, do you have any ideas how can we attract a sponsorship? that would be something that could really help us.

    I know we are in 6th tier but we have some amazing talents and the u21 team is playing in the first u21 league.

    How can I make my AMC perform as good as he is capable of?

    I have an Attacking Midfielder who repeatedly has the lowest ratings in a match, no matter what role I play him in (AP/AM/T). I know it depends on the tactics and such, but as recently as last season, with almost the same squad and tactics, he was really good (15G/9A in 38(4) compared to 1G/5A in 13(10) this season). His abilities have increased but he's abysmal in actual matches. Going by the stats he should be pretty good but Mason Mount outperforms him by far (153 CA compared to 182 CA).

    What actually determines a good staff member?

    In football manager if you use the in-game editor you can check the current and potential ability of staff. But it's possible for a physio with, say, an 18 rating in physiotherapy to have a better current ability than a physio with 20 physiotherapy.

    What actually determines how good a staff member is? Their current ability or the actual attributes that are relevant to their role?

    Also can staff improve their current ability towards their potential ability in the same way players can? I've played saves for a while and checked staff's current ability periodically and it seems to remain constant.

    For those of you who watch FM content creators on YouTube, what format for an episode do you prefer? (Just polling some ideas before FM20)

    a) Two matches per episode with key highlights b) One match per episode with extended highlights c) One match per episode with key highlights and more analysis d) No match highlights, just a progress update (results, news, transfers, etc)

    Or any other approaches?
