So, this is my 36 year old captain Roman Prochazka. I sadly couldn't find his best ever goal (against A. Madrid), but since he recently turned 36 years of age, I decided to upload his latest goal against a league team. He has been with the club since the 2012/2013 season and the current season is 2026/2027. He is still an international for Slovakia, still a captain at my team and still a first teamer. I hope he stays with us for atleast 2-3 more years before retiring. (Also sorry, no sound)

What is the point of salary as a head coach?

I have been playing Fm19 for a few month now. Have been managing a club for 3 seasons and when the time cameto renegotiate my contract if failed because I demanded more salary. But here is the question, what is the point of having this option (to ask more) if you can't really do anything with it. It's not like I can spend that money on anything in game. For example go on a training course to get a better coaching license, I have to ask the club for that.

So I'm managing Everton in FM18, season 2025/26 (I joined in 2021/22). Basically we're on the verge of winning the league after 32 games, the media predicted us to finish 5th but we made it, been at least 6 pts clear since like October. Won all but 6 games in the league so far (3D, 3L). So, you know when your assistant asks you to talk to the players before the title sealing game, I went into it and said the first option, and 17 fucking players go "I think you're expecting too much of us here". Seriously, we've managed to beat every team in the league except Spurs (2D, beat them in FA Cup though :) ), dropped points in only 6 games, conceded the least, scored the most, have 20 clean sheets, are 15 pts clear, and have 6 more games to get 3 points and win the league, but apparently I'm expecting too much.
