Nine promotions with 7 clubs across 14 divisions in 6 countries in about 17 seasons. Oversaw 2 takeovers (Reggina & Depor). MOTM a few times. MOTY 3 times. Lost a few star players, found many. One amazing cup run & win. Sacked once (Le Havre). No major trophies. All using my beloved diamond 4-4-2.

I'm about to achieve my fourth relegation from the PL in one save. The pattern: we hit 90+ points and automatically qualify for the PL but we're back down in 2 years at most. Most years we're hitting 35ish PL points and our survival depends on the strength of our rivals.

The club loves me for the growth in stature so I'm not at the risk of the sack even after the club was bought a couple of years ago. It's playoffs minimum and 'fight bravely against relly' in the respective leagues every time.

I play with self-restrictions: no buying from south american leagues and no gegenpress.

What are your biggest tips tactically for staying up?

It always gets under my skin when my club offers me a 3-year contract when I plan on leaving on a holiday, where I suddenly see myself accepting a new weird useless contract or The number of times I come back off holiday and my key or promising start is upset because I unknowingly ignored one of these requests. there should be options for when to interrupt your holiday.
