    Please use this thread as a place to ask questions that are specific to your save, such as:

    • "Why is my tactic not working?"

    If you are asking for tactical help/advice, please post an image of your formation and what insutructions/roles you have set.

    I really dislike the idea of having someone in your squad that you don't own because there's no incentive or reward in any of their development or career progression because they'll only be around for a season.

    As a Manchester United fan, I am obviously very disappointed with the season and the probable way it'll end. Potentially Conference League or no Europe is massively disappointing. However ... I must admit, that I am absolutely salivating at the potential for next year's FM and the kind of save I can run. Keep the transfers as realistic as possible and see where I can put the team in three years time.

    Any other teams that people are looking forward to come next year iteration of the game and or database updates?

    For me it's Cagliari. No matter how many times, or what team I use. I never win... and the fact they stole Serie A promotion from me once makes them even more hated for me

    We've all noticed many cases like that. What would you say are the most notorious ones?

    I can immediately think of Fredy Adu and Kouma Babacar. Adu you could sign very young from the MLS and turn him into a world class player at your club. Babacar was a great player to sign young from Fiorentina for cheap in FM11 and develop into a world class striker.

    Adu's career turned out to be very underwhelming in real life. He's played for a million different clubs all over the world and didn't seem to stand out at any. To think he was once nicknamed "the new Pelé" is crazy.

    Babacar, I have no idea if there was ever much for hype for him in real life or not. But checking out Wikipedia, clearly his career hasn't been very impressive. The best season he had was that one where he scored 20 goals when he was on a loan at Modena, and that's it. Apparently he plays for FC Copenhagen nowadays.

    For me, It is without a doubt Trent Alexander Arnold. Was 2-0 up against Liverpool in the Champions League as Hearts in only my second season, then he scores a Hattrick against me with all goals being from free kicks and it was at the 84th, 88th and 93rd minute. I had never been so angry in my life.
