how to make my b team useful

So i have my long term save on fm21 thats 12 seassons in, and when i got promoted for the first time to the 1st division my board created a b tem. The problem is that my b team plays in an unplayeable league so they have been useless for the last 8 seassons, is there any way i can make them promote even though i keep sendind them players that are way better that the leagues bellow and they never get promoted?

Hey fellow FM fans, I've got a question. I've noticed my play styles being less effective in the winter, since it's all about fast passes, though I'm not always succesfull in making my tactics 'winter friendly'. So I could use some stories of other players, so I can get some inspiration.

How does the weather influences your game plans, formation or tactics?
