Tomorrow is my first game as a irl football manager
Man Utd offers €157M for him. I don't think he is worth that much, but I don't have a good replacement ready, and might take a while to find one. What should I do?
Definitely the best CB I have ever signed! Look at what a monster he is turning into, I had to share his glory with someone! He's close to the best signing I have ever made on FM... Got him when he was 19 for £3.7mil.

So, after 10 years of playing fm, I finally decided to become an irl coach. I was handed a third team of 14 year old boys. I am still registering more boys so we have 11 players, our only goalkeeper hasn't responded to my messages since 3 days and I have no idea where to get 11 matching kits - but I am still looking forward to it.

Edit: I will update you guys what happened. The game is 12am CET.

My journeyman save so far

I started unemployed without badges and a sunday league experiance.

SEASON 1-I got a job in second half of a season in Denmark 3rd tier at a club called Skovshoved and they were amatuer club without transfer or wage budget.They were battling against relegation and I managed to avoid relegation.

SEASON 2-I stayed in Skovshoved and managed to get 4th place but I realized that I can't do much with a club that is amateur so i chose to resign.

SEASON 3-I got a job in Norway 2nd tier in a club called Fredrikstad.They were professional so it was a big upgrade.I managed to get them promoted to 1st tier (we finished 2nd) and after that I resigned because i wanted to be remembered as someone who got them promoted and not someone who got them promoted and next season releagated.

SEASON 4-I got a job in Greek 2nd tier at a club called Platanias and i finished around mid table.I also made some small signings because i wanted to get them promoted in my second season.

SEASON 5-I stayed at Platanias but unfortunately I couldn't get them promoted but we got top 4 finish so at least something.

SEASON 6-I still stayed in Platanias hoping for promotion but instead we were one of the worst teams in the league.We were really bad and I choose to resign because they would probably sack me.It was around november and there was a club in Croatian 1st tier called Osijek(they are one of the best clubs in Croatia) and they were doing really bad.They were around 7th but they expected to be in top 4.I got an interview and to my suprise got a job.I finished 2nd in the ligue around 20 points behind champions(Dinamo Zagreb).

SEASON 7-I stayed in Osijek and bought many young players and sold some older.I wanted a team that could win the title.I also got Rakitic for free but it was his last season before he retires.We got to europe league but were knocked out by Porto in round of 16 with aggregate score of 5-4 for them.I managed to win the league but it was intense title race with Dinamo,in some moments Hajduk was also close to us.We also won the cup and Rakitic was player of the season eith 18 assists and 5 goals in 34 apperances.

SEASON 8-I chose to resign from Osijek because I wanted a new challenge.I saw that Inter job was available and I applied and also declared interest and I expected to be laughted off but to my suprise I was given interview but I didn't hope too much because I was handed interview many times but didn't get the job.After less than a week they gave me a job and I was really suprised that I actually got a job at Inter.I currently played only 2 games there and won both(against Cagliari and Atalanta).

So this is my story of my first ever journeyman save that I will contnue to play but I just wanted to share this story.Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed reading it.Also english isn't my main language so Im sorry for mistakes.

Basically, just wanted to give a heads up to you guys on here that the guys over at TiFO/The Athletic - Joe Devine, Alex Stewart, JJ Bull and Iain Macintosh - released a video yesterday over on the TiFO IRL YouTube channel where they did a Fantasy Draft and squared off against each other and thought it was quite an insight into FM players!

You have Joe who is the clueless "FIFA" player who just thinks if you put the best players together they'll just win games by themselves

There's Alex who massively overthinks and over complicates things, delving far too deep into the minutiae of tactics

There is Iain who is the grizzled veteran FM/CM player who isn't really that successful but enjoys himself all the same

And there is JJ, he is your typical "Chad" FM player who knows a 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 Gegenpress is very powerful with the right players
