    Really frustrated with lack of quality from youth intake players

    I'm in my 13th season as Ajax coach and have all my facilities maxed out. Youth recruitment range is as far as possible and my Head of Youth is 18+ on most attributes.

    Every single time all my youth intake players have a max potential of 3 stars.

    Anything at all I can do?

    This may be almost purely anecdotal, but I've been finding that good crossers are drying up as the seasons pile up. There used to be plenty of wingers with good crossing, but I'm in 2045 and they're getting difficult to find.

    It's almost as if the game is pushing me towards using IW/IFs instead of conventional wingers!

    Has anyone else had a similar experience, and do you know why? Have y'all had to switch tactics in later seasons to accommodate this? Are there any other attributes that seem to also go extinct as the seasons roll on?

    I think it may have to do with more and more teams running IW/IFs, leading to fewer youths being coached up to be conventional wingers - but there's really no easier way to make a fast kid useful than to have him run down the sideline and mindlessly cross the ball.

    With the current form and state of the club I feel sad. But I wanna rebuild Arsenal the way i remember them🥺 So I'm thinking of doing a rebuild on Arsenal and getting rid of all the crap players.. But not really sure how i should do it tactics wise and transfers(Don't want to just fix it by spending 200Millions) I wanna play beautiful and do it kinda like Arsene!!
