How do I sign this player? Seems like a simple enough question but it seems that no matter how much I offer it just gets refused. As you can see I literally offered over 200 million but still rejected. This is probably because Arsenal don’t want to sell their player to a rival (Chelsea).
Jamaica won the World Cup and defeated England in the quarters and Brazil in the semis. I mean that's a bit of an upset.:))))))))

In older versions this wasn't a thing and you could still offer a contract to a player who didnt want to come. There were more than a few times where a good contract made them come.

So i signed a midfielder for my team and somehow i made a promise to reinforce the midfield side of the team with signings when i did his contract. After the transfer window ended he got really angry with me saying that i didn't keep his promise, so I went into the previous safe file that i had, loaned in another midfielder because i didn't have any money, and guess what, he's stil angry that i didn't reinfoce the midfield even though i did and now he brings my team's morale down.

Does this player ever realize that i did actually do what he asked for? Maybe it's because it takes some time for him to realise that i signed another player so then he stops being angry?
