    I have a young CB in my save that has good stats and really high potential. I play him almost every game but for some reason, his stats don't improve and even go down. someone maybe knows what can cause this? he gets a high score in training

    How do I pay >100% wages for a loan b/c Brexit?

    I have a player I want to loan that's asking for 5.2k/week. Since Brexit gives full work permit for wages > 8k/week, I'm only able to play him in u23/cup matches. Is there any way to match the 8k wage threshold?

    Intro

    I had just won both the domestic cups with Westham and I got an offer to manage Intermilan as they had fallen to top 6-8. I don't know if he was there when I got there or we got him along the way but Inter was where I first met him. Edin Terzic, or some shit idk. He had upper teens for the stats that matter for a consistent and reliable Assman and he didnt ask for to much money. I won the domestic triple with Inter but when the finances came through for next season they were only going to give me 4m transfer budget! I was like nah I'm leaving fam goodbye. So at the end of the season that's what I did.

    main bit

    Anyway a few weeks into the season I got the Real Madrid job and I'm pretty sure the bugger was there when I got there! we won every trophy you could win over 2 and a half seasons it was glorious. I got bored so when Buyern came calling I jumped ship and brought him with me. He never asked for anything, only every asked for a raise a few times out of all our contract talks and at one point I'm certain he had 20 in 3 different attributes and high everything else. He was a beast and Id trust him with the life of my first son.

    I left Buyern after 3 years of having access to all the funds I could want and all the and all the best players in the game. we would go on mad 20+ game runs without conceding a goal, stupid score lines and individual performances. I managed England where we won the euros but not the world cup but I can't remember if old Edin was there and after that I was jobless for a while, waiting for my local club (The mighty Eastbourne Borough) to have a job come up. They were in league one, top of the table and I just pushed them over the edge. The maddest thing was when I Called up old Edin Tazic he followed me here as well!!!!!

    So life at Borough Is just fine with Edin and we work our way over like 6 years to get to the premier league and I gave him a modest pay boost. Over the next for years 4-6 year we worked out way from relegation battle, straight to mid tabble from some mad academy graduates, and then rose up to challenging for the premier league. We won the fucking league after I don't know how many tries, through the consistent individual performances from a player that came through the youth ranks when I was at the club before even west ham. Big Garrath Inns on the right side of the field and he was our captain on the day we lifted the Trophy.

    I still think about that squad every now and then, maybe I should see if I still have the save.
