    Please use this thread as a place to ask questions that are specific to your save, such as:

    More money. Always more money.

    Your star player wants a new contract and insists on a low release clause? Remove it, offer more money. If you can't remove it, wait a few weeks and retry. Later, renegotiate and try a high clause. If you offer enough money, you can set whatever amount you want. I have half my squad on 547M€ (£500M for the Brexit boys) and I don't even pay them a third of what a bigger club would. Once you get them locked, even if they ask for a transfer, tell them that you'd only accept a bid that matches the clause. And they'll be HAPPY after the chat.

    Your hot new wonderkid refuses an optional contract extension? SLAP. MORE. MONEY.

    Bam, give em 1.5k instead of the 1k they ask for, add 3 years, and you lock that player until he starts to hit his prime. A couple years later, rinse and repeat, except with 5+3 years. Extra bonus points if you get a maxed out release clause. Got a batch of home-grown and club-trained wonderkids from all around the world (2 Serbians, 1 Mexican, 3 Colombians, 2 French, 2 German and 1 Belgian) that I got when they were 16-17, they're all under contract for another year or so, plus said 3-year extension and 547M€ clauses. Their combined value is around 900M€, I spent about 50M€ total for them.

    Just bought the game 2 weeks ago and im 1,5 season in my usual Flamengo save, one thing that i found very odd were the type of clubs trying to buy my players, absolutely no top shelf european clubs, only asian clubs and a lot from MLS, is this only happening here?

    I remember in FM20 having Man City, Barcelona, Atleti, Chelsea, Bayern going after players like Gerson, Gabigol, Rodrigo Caio, Lázaro all the time, but now it seems only MLS, China and UAE are interested in making the first offer. From time to time i get offers from Europe only on players i offer to clubs, then i get some third/forth shelf European clubs on my deals, but the big ones are nowhere to be found, not even second shelf clubs, not saying br players should be on these clubs but in every fm i played this was a pattern.

    And not just my club, i don't see any big br player going to big european clubs, like Gabriel Menino/Patrick de Paula or a fuckload of kids from Santos and Fluminense. Alright its just 1.5 season until now, but in other fm's the europeans always went full colonialism right at the start.

    ps: im using Brasil Ultimate Update for current players and so i don't have to play estaduais
