The option to adjust tactics right before a match for that specific match is such a game changer for me. It's a somewhat subtle change, but for me it's my favorite new feature. I no longer have to remember to readjust my tactics every single game, I can do it on the fly right before the match, which is sooo helpful when you get last minute injuries or you remember you can't field a certain player for whatever reason. Or you can adjust roles and even formation just for that game while maintaining the same style of play.
