    How have your tactics been going? Here's a quick rundown of mine so far.

    I wanted to do the old classic and take a team from Vanarama N/S to the PL/CL. I chose Hereford.

    First season we were up and down, I was trying out different tactics, to see how they worked in the new game. One thing I realized is that you definitely need one tactic for home and one for away. As the season was ending I found great success with a 5212 (WB) with a very custom fluid counter-attack for home games, and a 424 very custom route one for aways. We ended the season 4th.

    For the 2nd season I stuck with these two as I had perfected them and only bolstered the squad in the needed positions. We finished 1st comfortably with 114 points and 71 goal difference.

    3rd season we started in Vanarama national and we were somehow expected to win it after just being promoted. Being cocky after that fact I stuck with the formation but it was becoming less and less effective. But it was still good enough for me not to change it (my bad). We finished 10 points of first and lost in the 2nd round of play-offs.

    For the 4th (and current) season I decided to just buy as best as I can and decide on a tactic end of pre-season. The only thing was that I don't buy any wingers. I decided to do this save without wingers, just cause. Funnily enough, I've been using the 5212 (WB) formation from the 1st season and we've been getting decent results, but I can see it's becoming less and less effective. For the aways though I'm using a 5221 (WB) and that one is doing great. Since I think we're the best team in the league I want to start using a 4-1-2-1-2 diamond for home games, but I've failed each time I tried that. So if anyone has any suggestions for a diamond one, fire away!

    Anyway, that's been my experience with formations so far in FM21. I just wanted to start a discussion and see what others have been using, and what's been working/not working.

    I've found a bug/joke/easter egg in FMM and it continues for 4 years

    I know that it's an unorthodox thing to play FMM but I don't have the time and will to play FM for 30 hours a week. I like Mobile tho, has CM 01/02 vibes.

    I am Turkish and I'm interested in Turkish football, so I usually start my saves from Turkey and I usually select Division 2 or Division 3 teams. While playing, I realized they are making a no name Turkish guy overpowered every year. Search this guys, you can't find anything. They're doing this since FMM 18 and it continues. I didn't make this with editor, you can check it. Also, another interesting thing is, they do it for only one timeline. If you start the game from November, the guy will remain OP. If you start from February with the transfer update, the guys get worse. Finally, these guys are only good in Mobile. There is no such thing like that in PC FM.

    FMM 18- Ali Alakabak

    I've never heard about this guy in my whole life and you also can't find information about him on internet except one page that shows his FM profile.

    The most important part is, this guy disappeared after the February update. Lmao. I couldn't find anything, any football license, any social media accounts of him. He might not be real and might be just a joke.

    Highest place I've seen him: Udinese after 4 years. Had a value like €10M and was playing in Europe League.

    FMM 19: Adem Kocaslan

    I was luckier with this guy, managed to find some info. He is a real guy. Has photos and social media accounts but still, he plays in a 4th Division team and is backup.

    This guy didn't disappear but turned to normal after the February update.

    Highest I've seen him: Amiens SC after 3 years. Had a value like €5M and was chilling in Ligue 1 as their starting back.

    FMM 20: Recep Kutun

    He is also real. Plays in 3rd Division. Has a value of €50K irl.

    This guy was also fixes after the February update. He actually earned some achievments with Fenerbahce U21 like 4-5 years ago.

    Highest I've seen him: You won't believe this. Starting back of Atletico Madrid after 5 years. Had a value like €30M in his prime.

    FMM 21: Gokdeniz Bayraktar

    Played in 3rd Division, a Division 1 team bought him, played in 1-2 matches and scored once. Has a value of €200K irl.

    Actually, this kid can be legit but still, it is a big exaggeration. I couldn't find his FM 21 profile.

    Highest I've seen him: I didn't play FMM 21 that much but he has 180 potential. So, idk.

    Now, to me, we have 3 options.

    1- A Turkish employee in SI is trolling people well.

    2- A scout who is working for SI is trolling people well.

    3- They were so believed in this guys and decided to exaggerate them but that's impossible because this kids doesn't even play. Hillarious lmao.

    Picked him up on a free in my 2nd season. Slow as fuck but he holds the ball up well, wins all his headers, and scores a tap in every now and again. Decent signing

    In FM 21 when I bought this player he couldn't get a work permit so when I click on his profile and then click under the contract button for the work permit button I get an email saying that they will let me know if he has a work permit tomorrow and then I get no response. I'm assuming that means no if so what do I do to get that mans a work permit

    How do I get my players to accept a loan move?

    I've signed a wonderkid who didn't get a work permit. I need to loan him out to get one but teams aren't bidding for him because he doesn't have sufficient interest in joining them. How can I get him to accept a move?
