Hey everyone,

Premier league is starting again and its getting me in the mood to start a new career but I wanted to do it a bit different this time. I want to run all major decisions through this sub and put each one up for a vote and chose whatever you guys want. I think it would be fun if we could harness your collective "genius" and see what happens.

The way it will work is, every few days I will come post a new "episode" with a few key decisions needed and will have them up on polls while providing a in depth update on how our team has been doing.

I would love to hear any ideas or thoughts you guys have about the format or the idea in general. Of course your influence will not be limited to the polls and will be looking through all the comments for any good ideas.

Alright lets get started. First thing we need to do is pick a team. I think its a good idea to do something in the Prem as it is the league most people know the best. I think a top 6 team would be a bit boring so I've picked 3 teams that I think have the potential to challenge the top 6 and make for an interesting career:

WOLVES: They have a strong squad for a Portuguese team and who knows maybe we can sign Ronaldo in a couple years

EVERTON: I think they have had great transfer window and look like a really exciting team this year

LEICESTER: Really exciting young core of players that I we can build on.

I think these 3 teams are really exciting this year irl and in fm. We will be paying with updates squads for all those juicy signings. Here is the poll:
