He seems to get sent off in all my crunch matches and doesn't give a shit.
I didn't realize this can happen in Fm - I'm a bit salty over this

Without a doubt the craziest FM game I've ever been involved in. 2-0 up after ten minutes, then 5-2 down at half time, then two injury time goals to win 6-5!
There is ALWAYS that one guy.

My current save, I started at Boston United, my home town team and spent 18 seasons with them, I'd taken them from the Vanarama north to the premier league with many ups and downs, I bonded with my players over the course of this save and had seen youngsters come through and become club icons.

And then I got offered an interview at Bayern, and at the time I had done everything at Boston, we had won a champions league, won the premier league and had a few cup wins so I took the interview and then took the job with Bayern leaving my beloved team behind and with that, the group of players I had grown to love.

Now I'm 6 months in at Bayern and I feel nothing for this team, don't get me wrong they are all very good players and we are top of the league but it just does not feel as good as it did when I was at Boston and I regret ever accepting the interview.

I wish I remained a one club manager and eventually retired as a Boston legend.

I'm sorry Boston

Small FM 21 Idea

Hi guys, I've been playing football manager for around 8/9 years now and have had a great time doing so. One thing that I hope SI introduce for FM 21 is the ability to pick 2 or 3 teams that your manager played for during their playing days. Meaning you would start the save as a fan favourite or club legend at some clubs. This could affect how likely you are to get certain jobs and the amount of patience shown to you by the board and fans if things aren't going well.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but this is something I would really like to see in future FM games.
