So I took over Wolves December 2021. They were 20th with 1 win and 4 points all together.

Was a stupid move as they were absolutely done and dead yet amazingly it started to pull together. Slowly we started putting results together with the second half of the season ending we were 13th! 7th best side in the second half in terms of form.

Miracle escape done, champagne drunk let's get planning next season. The goal was to get Europa League which is more than doable after some summer signings.

It's the world cup in Qatar so come the massive break we are 5th, 3 points off 3rd with Arsenal running away with the title.

It's now end of January and I've put together 3 wins, 1 draw and a loss post world cup which has us 4th and I'm called in for a board meeting...and sacked....for not getting enough points to hit our season goal.

Generally just puzzled now at wtf has happened

I planned on hiring Juninho Paulista as my DoF as Middlesbrough once my current DoF's contract expired. When it did, though, he appeared to just disappear when I search for him. Does the database remove potential staff if they're unhired for so long? Thanks in advance
