United sent this loan bid for my 4.5-star winger with 3 years left on his contract and perfect morale. No loan fee and 80% wages? Sure Woodward, sure.

Have any of you all ever shed a tear or two because of something that happened in FM? I had a kid who came through my youth academy and played 22 years for us, finally retiring. Not gonna lie, I shed a single tear.

What is the right way to develop player?

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 07:16 PM PDT

Hi, I'm currently managing Arsenal in 2023. In the summer window, I bought some wonderkids (19-21 years old) and use them in the first team. All of my training facilities (1st team and youth) are state of the art and my coaching staff are above the average of the other in the league (some are 1st). My general and individual training are set by my assistant. Yet I found my player doesn't develop like the other team where they have really great attributes. Are there any ground rules about training? because I think that there's something wrong with it.
