    This guy is 18, 2 star ability and 4 and a half star potential ability atm. I'm 1860 Munich in the Bundesliga and I just got a transfer offer (hes only loan listed) from Jahn Regensburg in the Bundesliga 2. Apparently he'll become unsettled if he is not allowed to speak to them and on his profile it says he wants to leave due to the intrest shown in him. I don't get it? Does he want first team football? Surely he would have said or even been happy with going out on loan. Has anything like this happened any of you guys?

    Edit: Just rejected the offer and he's fine. That was weird though..

    Are there any sites that go in-depth with how certain tactics work? Currently making an attacking 5-4-1( Diamond midfield) with my Aldershot side and I'm wanting to do research on the use of the tactic irl, but I'm finding nothing on the net at all. If anyone knows a site or even a book id be very appreciative.

    Player CA stalling?

    My 175 CA, 185 PA right wing has been stuck at that CA for two years. He is 24 now, played most games in the last two seasons scoring and assisting a lot as my Leicester side won the league both times. Has anyone noticed this before, is it possible he will never reach that PA?
