Winning the European Championship with Gibraltar

A few years ago I won the ECL with Lincoln Gibraltar. I've since started a new save and the object is to win the European Championship with Gibraltar the country.

We need to get the rep of the country to the point where all the A.I clubs get the massive sponsorship money. When that happens they'll start signing decent players and I can start actually motoring the country forward. Until then it's just us being bummed in the Champions League.

I'm not one for commentary but I'll certainly stream it.

Let me know if this interests anyone. It's very niche, I'll admit so I doubt it will get much interest but I'm happy to stream it. I don't have the time or patience to edit or anything like that. Also, at the moment (and in general) there is an awful lot of simulating of games.

Let me know if this interests any of you sad fuckers.

In my first year with my club, I made the promise I would play a direct style of soccer. When I signed a new contract for the next season, I made sure to get rid of this philosophy. However, a few games into my next season, my club philosophies confidence is at 30%. Their major criticism is that I'm not playing a direct style of soccer. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
