What determines coaches saying they don't think a player can learn a PPM?

    Posted: 06 May 2019 05:40 PM PDT

I've got this striker should be deadly. Finishing 19, Composure 17, Off the Ball 19 are some of his excellent stats, but he wastes a hell of a lot of one-on-ones blasting it right at the keeper

I thought either placed shots, or going around the keeper would improve his goal output (as he's also quick; Pace 16, Acceleration 18, Balance 17, Agility 17, Dribbling 15). All good for rounding a keeper.

All the coaches I ask to do this training say he probably won't be able to. What do they base it on? He has a professional personality if that matters

Instead they suggest he learn other things like drifting out wide

I tried teaching one of my wingers to Place Shots and the coaches were all good with it..

Has anyone tried FM Touch on a mobile device?

    Posted: 06 May 2019 06:36 PM PDT

    Hey guys,

I'm looking to get into Football Manager (on a mobile device) and I've heard Touch is far closer to the full experience compared to Mobile. However, I've also read that touch is optimised for a tablet as there is more screen real estate.

I have a Galaxy S10+ and was wondering if this phone would still be too small for Touch. Has anyone tried this? Am I better off just getting Mobile?

    Cheers!
