Is it possible to play an FM19 save with spending money on transfers disabled forever, for every team?

    Posted: 28 Mar 2019 02:55 PM PDT

Thought it'd be a bit fun. Pretty much the only way to bring in any player is if they came through the youth academy or were a free agent. Same for getting rid of a player, you could terminate their contract or hold on to them until their contract expires.

Would be interested to see how teams end up in the future - big clubs dropping, smaller clubs rising, etc.

Also, rereading that title is kinda confusing because I couldn't exactly figure out how to word it. Of course contracts, bonuses, etc would still be included. I just mean like if I wanted to buy a player for $40 million, that wouldn't be allowed. If I truly wanted that player, I would wait for their contract to expire (if the club/player doesn't renew). The main thing would be for clubs to bring in players through the youth academy.

*edit: Decided to make it on my own, forcing every professional club in the game (I believe I got all of them, except for some Brazilian clubs I'm sure) to have a transfer embargo until 1 July 2300. Here is the link!

3 transfers just went through. A day later they all suffer from "food poisoning".

Unlucky, boys. We dominated the possession game.

How do I sell a player who has no clubs interested in him?

    Posted: 28 Mar 2019 06:20 PM PDT

I have a 32 year winger on a $250k a week wage who wants to leave the club cos he's not getting enough playing time. Only problem is no club wants to buy him. What do I do?

Who is the oldest player you have ever managed on Football Manager?

    Posted: 28 Mar 2019 07:39 AM PDT

I am currently managing a 38 year old Cristiano Ronaldo, who has so far this season scored 38 goals in 37 games. I made the decision to let him go though, as he was on £1m a week! Who's the oldest player you have ever managed? And how did he do for you?
