    FM->FIFA ACCURATE Ratings Converter

    As I was trying to build my legendary 2021 Cagliari XI in FIFA I noticed that there was a problem with all the other FM to FIFA ratings converters. They all seem to stick to the same simplified formula of just multiplying the FM attribute ratings of players by 5 which would produce inaccurate and inadequate players in FIFA.. so I made my own! I've seen a lot of people asking around for something like this and my team came out great on FIFA so I figured I'd share it, when creating or editing your players in FIFA just use this for each attribute and it should create an accurate player: 1: 15-19 2: 20-24 3: 25-29 4: 30-34 5: 35-39 6: 40-44 7: 45-49 8: 50-54 9: 55-59 10: 60-65 11: 66-68 12: 69-72 13: 73-75 14: 76-78 15: 79-83 16: 84-87 17: 88-91 18: 92-94 19: 95-97 20: 98-99

    It's not going well. After accidentally being promoted with a piss poor squad, I am rooted to 17th place.

    That doesn't sound bad right?

    I have 5 points.

    My first win was at the start of the season. FM being the evil bitch it is gave me hope with a dominant win at Watford and a draw away at Arsenal. This'll be a breeze I thought. Europe next year.

    What followed I can only describe as the worst form I've ever been in as s virtual manager.

    New signings haven't integrated well, tactics from last year do not work, morale is at an all time low.

    So I'm here for advice. I've been in bad spots before, but not with 19 and not with such a poor squad. I've tried attacking, I've tried sitting back. Tried grinding out draws, going on the counter. Last ditch attempts have led to Liverpool and man city-esque tactics in the hope my team can learn elite tactics mid season.

    It hasn't worked.

    I'd like to add that with such a low budget I could only focus on a few tactics so I went with my favoured 4-1-2-1-2 and 4-2-2-2, both narrow. No wingers in the squad.

    This means I have an abundance of central players and no narrow formation is working, but I can't try anything else. Basically, I fucked it. (actually Delia Smith did cos the stupid chef didn't give me any money)

    So - what tactics can I use with 29 central midfielders and attacking fullbacks? I've tried 5-3-2 and 41212 and 4222 and all variations but the roles aren't working. It doesn't matter what I select - we'll concede 5 long range screamers and a dodgy pen.

    Fellow virtual managers, without just providing a tactic, please provide some player instruction ideas and roles. Like I said, any narrow formation will do as I have the right players for any variation of it. And my fullbacks are very good..

    Caught a 2-2 against United away, then accidentially quit without saving. I've spent the last 40 minutes of my life save scumming trying to recreate the result and have lost on every single game

    FMM 2019 : Player attributes decrease right after signing them

    I am playing as Brighton and signed pogba into third season. Immediately , I mean the next second after I confirm the signing I see that the player attributes decrease . This happens for like 5 attributes for all the players I try to sign

    Is it a bug ? What is happening?
