Help. How does one make their own u18 and u23’s make their own signings? I usually see other teams under 18 and 23 make their own signings and not through the official transfer system.

I'm doing a lower league save with Macclesfield, and trying to sign players based their stats and personality's, as I cant see their attributes. Finding strikers and creative players using the stats has been great and I've found some real gems that don't want a lot of money, I've also had some duds and also some mistakes where the player is good but I should have watched a game or two as they were playing in a position I didn't use in my tactic. Finding Defensive wing backs and attacking wings is the hardest, because they do many things, dribble, pass, tackle, etc so if you have any tips let me know. Also AMA me if you want to know more.
