Was a bit nervous starting my relatively promising 15 year old in this game, worked out fairly well..
Any advice on how to get the best out of this lad? I can't figure out his best role, he's got decent attributes but nothing that really stands out. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I bought a Belgian guy with a Turkish second nationality to Altınordu (where you're only allowed to sign Turkish players) and now I can't offer him a contract for some reason please help

Release Clauses in Spain

If you didn't know (and I assume this is pretty much current knowledge), every single player in Spanish football has a mandatory minimum fee release clause. This causes issues when playing as lower league teams. I am trying to get the mighty Ebro to the Primera division but all my wonderkids have release clauses of <£1.5m. What's to stop Barcelona et al coming along and hoovering up all my PA190+ talents for peanuts? The players absolutely refuse to negotiate any higher release clauses - they are all perfectly happy at my club but I assume I am powerless to stop them leaving if a bid comes in?

Of course I could use the Editor to set them all to £100m+ but I want to play as fairly as possible. How do you manage this when playing in Spain? Is it just unavoidable? Are the release clauses only effective once the player is at a certain age or contract length? For clarity, I haven't had any club activate the release clauses yet but it's in the post, I feel.
