Walking the League but cant seem to get past the r16 in the champions league. Any advice?

Most important attributes you look for?
I would love to see tactical familiarity links from GK to CBs considering how important the relationship is between the two positions IRL. Less familiarity should result is worse Communication, Command Of Area and general link play between centre backs and goalkeeper.

I saw the thread of the Striker with 8 finishing but had been banging in goals, despite having low finishing and it got me thinking.

Now I have always ensured my strikers had high finishing and probably valued that more than other stats, particularly mentals. I do the same with other potions all over the pitch too

I'm now starting to think that I should be focusing more on the other areas more closely, so I'm keen to see what attributes others value higher/what you look for in a signing and how successful its been for you?
