opponents predicted formation is always 4-4-2 even when they're not playing that formation, any way i can fix it.

How do you develop your wonderkids?

I am wondering at what point you decide to give your wonderkids regular playtime in your first team? Currently I have this 16 year old wonderkid who is already a solid 1.Bundesliga Player and therefore a acceptable rotation player for my squad. However, even tho he is on an above 7.3 rating in the Bundesliga most of the arrows next to his attibutes are downwards pointing. Is it too early for him to play in the senior league? Would he be better off in my under-19s? Or on loan at another club where he can be a regular starter? Thanks for sharing your experiences and tips!

So i was wondering how can i see if a bwm is doing his job or not without watching a full game , and as i do for strikers i seeall their shots and dribbles in the analytics , ans as i do for MC's seing all their key , miss passes in the analytics , i don't know how to seee BWM key moments in a games is it tackling ? i don't think so cuz my WB have the most / all tackles in the game . and is there any stats for how much a player press ?
