Football Manager - Yikes! |
- Yikes!
- Man City v Marseille was absolutely incredible
- England Vs Denmark watched by my assistant manager while playing some FM
- When I'm finally winning a decisive game after 29 rounds of scumsaving but a last minute highlight pops up
- I haven't wanted a wonderkid so bad on FM21 all year... this guy looks unreal! I think I'm in love
- My first Bundesliga title without "savescumming" as Eintrach Frankfurt. I know it's not much but I'm so proud!
- Our contender for the puskas award 2031/32
- I found the best corner routine and it's called having a 6'7" center back who cannot be outjumped
- Spurs have officially broken the Championship's points record
- Best place to play FM
- Was down 4-0. Got pissed off after the 4th goal so I made 3 subs and left my computer. Came back an hour later to my team drawing 4-4
- Club delayed response on my £0 transfer fee offer. So I sweetened the deal.
- Then what's the problem???
- managed to take san marino off the bottom of the national rankings, winning against liechtenstein, gibraltar and pakistan and masterminding a draw against luxembourg, so proud
- What makes for a good Head Of Youth Development?
- My favorite tactic I have ever created from scratch. 59% Possession, 91% Pass Completion.
- Finally won the league after 11 years and I did it unbeaten
- HELP!! Should i lose the world cup final on purpose?
- Low vision. Didn't check both sides of the road I guess. WTF.
- My right-back just turned into a chav
- Finished 9th in my first year but ended up making the FA Cup final. If I win I make the EURO Cup instead of Liverpool. Most stressful match ever
- The boys came ready to play knowing automatic promotion was on the line. Swedish first division here we come!
- I think my keyboard is broken.
- I've won CLs, World Cups, League titles -- but this, perhaps, is my greatest achievement.

HELP!! Should i lose the world cup final on purpose? Posted: 07 Jul 2021 11:38 AM PDT Just resigned from Arsenal after 23 years in charge (won absolutely everything with them so decided it was about time to try something new). I've been simultaneously managing France for the last two seasons, with the sole purpose of winning the 2042 world cup (the plan was then to resign from both jobs, in order to have a clean slate for next season). One of the things i've always wanted to do in fm, is to take my home country Denmark, to a major international trophy. But in the last few years, they've done incredibly well (reached a Euro's semi-final, and won third-place in Nation's League), mostly thanks to probably the best player they've ever had, a new-gen called "Martin Carstensen". He's by far their most scoring player ever, and basically carries them single-handedly. So now it's the world cup, and i've had a fairly straightforward route to the final (Croatia beat Brazil in the quarters, so the semi-final was almost the easiest match of the bunch). As i said, my goal was to win the WC with France, then quit. And so far, it's gone perfectly according to plan. It just so happens that Denmark did just as well. They beat England, Spain and Scotland (ranked 12th) on the way. So now i'm facing them in the WC final, and i've never been in a bigger fm-related dilemma before. I'm genuinely clueless as to what to do here. I have no affiliation or relationship to France, other than being their manager, and really only want to win it for my own landmark. And Denmark are now in a position that they might never be in again, so it would be super wack to beat them in the final when i really only want to win it for my own sake (coz i could always win it the next time). Need some help here. Should i just go for the win? Or should i do a scummy 1-1-8? thx in advance [link] [comments] | ||
