HR Manager 2021

I have a day off today, so I decided to fire up my save and have a long sesh. Last night I won the league, so the season is over, and I got stuck into something I have been putting off for a while - overhauling my scouting department.

Now, my loyal scouts have been with me from the 3Liga all the way to the summit of the Bundesliga. I'd grown fond of them. But one too many times they'd told me a player was going to become the next Brazilian Ronaldo when actually he was Shane Long at best.

So I started mercilessly getting rid of my entire scouting team, giving them a big payoff to be on their way. I spent ages poring over the best scouts in Europe, eventually filling my ranks with the best of the best. After an hour, I was done.

My girlfriend walks in and asks what I'm doing. I tell her. She replies "So you're basically using your day off work to pretend you're doing the job of an HR manager?"

She's got a point. Love this game.
