Striker suddenly not scoring

I have Haaland, who has scored 12 in 13 since joining in the winter 3 seasons ago, 51 goals in 44 two seasons ago, 37 goals in 42 last season but with 9 pens too, so I've noticed his numbers have gotten worse for a while. But this year has been straight up disastrous. 7 goals in 13, but 3 of them are pens and he missed another 2 pens. Not only that, but he gets 6.4s in matches he doesn't score, so he doesn't do things other than scoring either.

I have tried multiple tactics, but the one I had been using for the 3 seasons before was 4231/424 tiki taka positive/attacking. Fullbacks overlap, shorter passes, high tempo, be more expressive, play for set pieces, counter press, counter, distribute quickly, distribute to centre backs, take short kicks, higher line of engagement and defensive line, tighter marking, more urgent pressing and prevent short GK distribution, narrow width defending.

Any idea how I can solve this?
