I can't be alone in being frustrated with the loan system.

When the players are wanted and are open to going, it's perfectly fine.

But getting "x team doesn't feel that the player is sufficiently interested" or the player themselves turning down the loan is getting maddening.

I've got 19 year olds who made me promise them that I would loan them out that I can't get out on loan due to the above. Either teams feel they aren't interested, or the players decline the loan offer.

Please FM gods, fix this!
