    What are the things that determine youth intake, I know Youth Recruitment and Junior Coaching and Head of Youth, but does reputation make a difference? Like if i give a non league team the same staff and facilities as a premier league top 6 team will I get world class players?

    Best FM youtubers like Loki Doki?

    So Loki Doki said yesterday on twitch he currently doesn't have the motivation to really make YouTube FM content. Which isn't weird seeing FM 2021 is nearing us. But he is the only FM youtuber I follow and without his content I don't have my YouTube fm fix... so I need my fm fix.

    So I was wondering if there are any alternatives you guys would recommend. The size (of the channel) doesn't matter (that's what she said).. but I really need someone who, like Loki Doki, - takes the game lighthearted - doesn't take themselves too serious - actually shows some passion/enthusiasm during games and the save in general (otherwise it seems like people don't really mind the outcome anymore) - plays the matches in 3D (sorry I really can't take 2D matches).

    So I know and have tried watching 'big' guys like Lollujo, Benjy, Workthespace.. but they aren't really for me (sorry guys).

    So I would love to hear your suggestions !
