I love FM, I love my wife more. My laptop broke 3.5 years ago and I haven't had the money to replace it, not a sob story, I got married to the love of my life and we bought a house. So it's a first world problem post really. I'm just so buzzing for tomorrow when the laptop arrives I can buy the game and start the journey. Can't wait to see the updates. Sorry if this isn't allowed mods feel free to delete just wanted to share.

How to request a B team to your board?

I've played since FM16 and I've always wanted this feature, recently got into FM20 and I remember that it was (sorta?) confirmed that you could request a B team, though I don't see the option anywhere

Might it be because it's my first year of managing a team? Or is it only for teams that lack a U23 & U18, or do I perhaps not have enough players to form a B team, etc.
