I've found that the players have rather ridiculous reactions for team meetings sometimes. My players were pissed when I said we will aim to qualify to EL next season, saying that is unrealistic, completely ignoring that we had already qualified for it two seasons in a row and made the final.

And speaking of said final, it's completely bizarre that half of my squad got upset when I said to "enjoy the final and hopefully bring home the trophy", complaining about me being unreasonable. What kind of real life professionals would complain that their manager is being unreasonable for encouraging them to to do their best in a cup final and instead prefer being told that they don't have a good chance at winning?!? 🤦‍♂️
