    An absolutely crazy idea that would never happen, but think about it for a second. There are over 130,000 people on this subreddit. If everyone contributes $/€/£ we are looking at enough money to get our collective foot into a lower league side. Even a portion of that would be enough for a non-league side or even a top flight team from a smaller nation (Wales?).

    Football Manager has been proven to be effective at judging talent and if we can put a our collective heads together we can be a successful and eventually profitable side.

    I know this is an indicator that I definitely need to get out more and have an unhealthy obsession with this game but I figured if anyone is going to appreciate this, it'd probably be you guys.

    If my maths are right then that is 20th out of just under 550,000 different managers which is nuts!

    I've been playing FM for around 3 years now, and on any save i have done have i been able to get a decent wonderkid/regen/newgen. This is why i have been playing my new save way harder on my scouting (doing more of it myself) and have only gotten one player from my academy who might be half decent.

    So a question for all you guys would be, how do you guys get amazing beasts at like 17 years of age ? the only good player i have gotten at that age is Fabio Silva who is right now benching Lautaro Martinez and Lukaku in my Inter save.

    What's the highest transfer fee you've got for a player? This is the most I've got (FM19), was looking to offload him anyway since I had someone I wanted to develop.
