    The year is 2016. I arrive at the unemployment office young, all of 21 years old, with nary any dirt on my boots. No playing experience nor do I have any coaching qualifications, but one thing was certain, I would settle for any coaching job that came my way. I cast a wide net, from the top leagues of the world, to the semi professional teams throughout, with many a unsuccessful application. I can't find a sensible person willing to hand over a football club to a completely unqualified applicant. Until my job hunt takes me to Northamptonshire, England.

    Brackley Town FC. I arrive an eager American Coach, quick to placate the board with whatever requests they desire, I am desperate for the job. I walk away less than optimistic. Shortly thereafter while sorting through unsuccessful applications I find it, a job offer from Brackley Town. I accept.

    I arrive, the players are less than impressed. My qualifications on par with someone who won a raffle to be coach for a day. My first few seasons are widely mediocre, but eventually promotion is achieved through playoffs, in my 6th season. We go from the Vanarama Divisional to National. The club is in complete financial ruin but for a few weeks, celebrations are in order, the part timers did it.

    Nobody rated us very high for avoiding relegation. 3 seasons later it was Sky Bet 2, 3 seasons after we won the league and after 2 more in Sky Bet 1 we were in the championship.

    My 12th and 13th seasons were spent in the championship before reaching the pinnacle of world football, the English Premier League.

    St. James park had once been a waterlogged mess, which had mere hundreds of people who turned up on game day. With success came financial stability, and we now packed a premier league sized stadium, Now Brackley Stadium with a capacity of 62,280. The clubs value, 1.52 billion. Our first season we finished 9th. Nobody expected it.

    Several seasons of mid table finishes later, several key player additions, such as my Spanish striker tandem of Alberto Ortega, and Miguel Mariscal, both legends, the former appearing in a total of 426 games with 475 goals, we became a serial winner.

    After finishing in second and third for a few seasons, we won the league, for the first time in Brackley's history, we had won something. This launched an era that which the world had never seen. That next year we finished with 4 trophies, the premiere league, FA Cup, Capital One Cup, and Community shield. The next year, another domestic treble as we won the league again.

    2040/41 saw a treble of a different kind. The premiere league, FA cup, and the Champions league. From our first league championship, we would never lose another league while I was at the wheel, 17 premiere leagues in a row. Surely the game is broken beyond repair. Between those 17 years we would achieve 9 Champions Leagues Trophies, 17 Premiere League, 8 club world Championships, 7 Euro SUPER cup, 1 Euro Cup, 9 FA Cups, 10 Capital One Cups, 14 Community Shields, and a sky bet league 2 trophy.

    I leave my post as a one club man, 38 years and 334 days at the helm, resigning on my own terms. A total record of 1284 wins, 417 draws, and 486 losses. My final season sees me win the league, champions league, FA cup, club World Cup, and 3 other trophies. I ended it like I began it, with a sense of anonymity, no walkout or celebration like Fergie, a simple 2 week notice will do.

    I end my career as the winningest coach in football history. A testament to patience and reward.

    I say this all because I have started a new career in FM 2020, unemployed, and after 3 failed applications, I have received a job offer. There was only one option.

    GAME BREAKING BUG - DO NOT START A NEW SAVE

    In FM, because of the large size of the player database most younsters/lesser-known players in the game, at the point where the user starts a new save are assigned to specific CA (Current Ability), and a lot of their attributes are randomly generated evenly through the CA stats. This means that for different users, the same young player might spawn with different attributes at the start of the game.

    In one of the Beta updates, there was a gamebreaking bug that had issues with this system. It was a bug that turned ever y "unset" attributes in youngsters (the attributes that are generated randomly at the point where the user starts a new save) to 1. Attributes such as Consistency, Important Matches, Versatility (Very important hidden attributes in the game) for every young player are set to 1. This is a major problem because a lot of players in the database have these attributes as a "randomly generated attribute", there are instances where 90k players in a 120k player database all spawn with a 1 rating for those attributes.

    Not only this is affecting hidden attributes, but it affects mental attributes for players as well. When starting a RTG save, a lot of players in the lower division have randomly generated attributes when the user starts a new save, but with this bug the players will end up with TERRIBLE mental attributes (1 determination, 1 bravery, 1 work rate etc) that just breaks the game overall because you'll end up with a database that spawns terrible youth prospects, wonderkids, lower-league players.

    The worst thing about this is that beta-testers have reported this issue to the devs multiple times before the full-release, yet the bug is still present. Very disappointing as this bug just breaks the game and they had almost a week to work on a fix...

    HOLD ON INTER MIAMI FANS!

    Teams with B-Teams are currently leaving first team players unregistered for no apparent reason despite coming in well under the wage cap. Teams that are bugged like this (quite a few of them) will release around 10 players and sign nobody to replace them. I've seen multiple AI teams break the 18 player minimum rule. Teams also seem to waive tons of backup players for no reason, some of them the best young prospects in the league. Gray players abound.

    This is totally unacceptable for a "fully released" product. I will be seeking a refund if it isn't fixed soon. And before someone tells me to report the bugs to SI, I and many others already have. They have been aware of these bugs for weeks but I have seen zero improvement on these issues between the start of the beta and now.

    I'm posting because IF YOU WANT TO START A SAVE IN THE MLS DON'T BOTHER. IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS GAME TO PLAY IN THE MLS, WAIT! DO NOT PURCHASE THE GAME IN THIS STATE! And hopefully I can draw attention to these bugs to GET THEM FIXED ALREADY!

    I just played fm 20 mobile and it's sick it feels like a different game compared to fm 19 it'll tell you if the referee is harsh or firm(I think the harsh ones won't check var if your players appealed)but I like it
