    Christiano Ronaldo is currently 38 on my save and still putting in ridiculously top class stats for both Juventus and Portugal.

    In previous versions of the game I seem to recall him dropping off dramatically after about the age of 35/36 and I cannot recall seeing any players still going strong and whilst playing regularly after the age of 37.
