Raumdeuter with Insanely Good Mentals Not Performing At All Posted: 05 Mar 2019 07:15 PM PST Hey guys, I have this player which is an amazing Raumdeuter by his attributes but I cannot get him to score for some reason. I play a minorly customized gegenpress tactic with: - 4 defenders ( backs are wing back - support) My first-team choice wingers have been banging lots of goals. Even my mediocre backup winger [who basically only had decent dribbling, pace, acceleration, flair (around 15) and mediocre finishing, first touch, technique, agility (around 12)] was banging decent amount of goals when given opportunity. I sold my backup winger to be able to play this younger raumdeuter more but he neither assists nor scores even though he has amazing mentals & on par technicals - physicals. In previous versions of FM, I was able use players like Kuyt and Olic who have shit technicals but insanely good mentals super effectively but I cannot get this raumdeuter to perform for some reason. What can I be possibly missing ??? This is the first time a player with insanely good mentals not perform decently let alone performing absurdly superb for his technicals which I always experienced with players like this. Is it because of raumdeuter role ? Did you experience the same ? What's a good way to effectively use a player like this in FM19 ? [link] [comments]

When do you loan out promising players vs keep in u23s? Posted: 05 Mar 2019 03:30 PM PST I have several 18 year old prospects who are by no means wonderkids, but have three and a half yellow stars plus one black star of potential ability so should at least be useful players for the domestic player quota (I have a hard brexit in my save), but I can't really give players league mins because my team were only promoted to the premier league last season so we do not have any league games which are easy enough. My actual wonderkids do play league games though, but that's because they are first team level. One has been developing really well in the U23s this year, I signed him 6 months ago from a very low level team, he was rated National League level then and is now rated league one level, he's still 18, has been playing well for Scotland U21s too, a striker with 17 finishing and good mental and physical stats, I've had an offer of a loan with Key Player status from Kilmarnock in the SPL, and he's better than any striker they have, and the SPL would be a good level for him to play at, but they have terrible coaches and only just avoided relegation last season, and he's developing well in the u23s? Should I wait until January or next season rather than loan him out now at age 18? What do you do with prospects who could be good but are not wonderkid level? [link] [comments]
