I'll try and keep it short.

I always begin saves by fast forwarding 6 months unemployed and then taking on a club that's struggling. This time it's Norwich who were 18th in the Championship. Normally the clubs I join just want to escape relegation, but Norwich have hefty ambitions of top half. With less than half the games to go to get a tactic going and winning it was going to be a struggle to get consistency.

Fast forward a few months and it's the end of the season - and I've just scraped the playoffs by 1 pt.

My team isn't good enough. My strikers don't fit the system, the system isn't even perfected yet! No good wingers, an overload of central midfielders and a severe lack of depth at keeper, centre half and attacking players.

My 17 year old striker carried me to the playoffs with 3 separate hatricks in separate games.

Then we accidentally win the playoff final.

I'm in the premier league, with no preparation, barely any money, a team that's no where near good enough and a coaching team that's good for League 1.

Going to need some tips from Warnock....
